What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Letting myself feel things helps to process them. Not to stew in them, but to think through them in a logical way. You need to trace the feelings back to the origins of them. The worst thing you can do is run from them or cover them up with escapism forever. They’re not going away until you face them.

But what do I know? I’m just a fish with hook for a lip ring. 🐟
